This past Thursday, the Raintree Condominium check here Association held its annual meeting at the community center. A good number of residents were present to debate important matters facing the condominium.
The meeting began with a brief summary from the board chairman, who highlighted some of the association's successes over the past year.
Following the president's remarks, there was a period for questions from residents. Numerous residents raised concerns regarding repairs of the building grounds. There was also a extensive discussion about proposed changes to the parking regulations.
The meeting finished with the approval of the annual budget and the appointment of new members to the board of directors.

We have made/are making/will be making some great progress over the past few weeks. Our team has been hard at work/busy working/dedicated to the task of planting/laying down/installing new flowers, shrubs, and trees throughout the community.
The newly planted/recently installed/freshly landscaped areas are already looking/appearing/beginning beautiful, and we can't wait for you to see/enjoy/witness the full transformation once everything has had a chance to grow/mature/settle in.
